The rooms were well-appointed and tastefully decorated, it was immaculately clean and spacious venue. Its personnel was very amiable and attentive, nothing too much trouble. I liked having breakfast at the restaurant. The location was easy and ideal, for example, a Victorian park was just a short walk away from the hotel. Everything was superb and met the purpose.

stayed here after a concert in Newport, impressed with hotel's look, quality of room, and added extras like fridge and air con. Surprised by late opening of bar/restaurant, enjoyed delicious pizza. Great views of the city from the window!
TV didn't work.

Stayed at a well-located, modern, and very clean hotel. The staff were friendly and the location was central and easily accessible. It was a great option for our trip to watch rugby in Cardiff, as it was cheaper than staying in the city. Just a short walk to the train station and a quick journey into Cardiff. Enjoyed the good breakfast selection and the modern furnishings of the restaurant. Staff, including the receptionist, Poppy, and the server, Beverly. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area or visiting Cardiff.
Cannot find any faults. 👍

Emma
The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from Courtyard, and when we arrived, our double room was already prepared with a super comfortable bed.
-
Jeremy
The room was spotless, also it had smoke detectors. A hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets were very handy.
